Banking Operations Analyst

This role focuses on supporting and optimizing banking operations through analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with stakeholders. The Banking Operations Analyst will be responsible for identifying areas for efficiency gains, implementing solutions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing banking operations processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of banking operations, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration).
4 to 8 years of experience in banking operations or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
