OPT Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying and securing top talent for our organization, specifically supporting our OPT (Optional Practical Training) program. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented recruiter with experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for OPT candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Extend offers and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on OPT or international hiring.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
