Sr. Lead Alternatives Data Operations

This role is focused on leading and executing data operations within the alternatives investment space. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of data critical to our clients' investment processes. This position requires a strong understanding of data management principles, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily data operations processes related to alternative investments.
Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous validation and reconciliation.
Lead and mentor a team of data operations specialists.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand data requirements and resolve issues.
Maintain documentation of data processes and procedures.
Identify and mitigate data-related risks.

Requirements/Qualifications:

10 to 15 years of experience in data operations, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of alternative investment data (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, etc.).
Experience leading and managing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
