Head IT Applications

This role is responsible for leading and managing the IT applications landscape within Finolex Industries. The position requires a seasoned professional to oversee the design, development, implementation, and support of critical business applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for application development and support.
Develop and execute IT application strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the implementation of new applications and upgrades to existing systems.
Ensure the stability, security, and performance of all IT applications.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for application-related services.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (15-25 years) in IT, with a significant focus on application management.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring IT teams.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other business applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
