Data Engineering Manager

This role is focused on building and maintaining robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making. The Data Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers.
Ensure data quality and integrity across all systems.

Requirements/Qualifications:

10-15 years of experience in data engineering.
Strong experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Solid understanding of data modeling and database design.
