Manager/Sr. Manager - Infra Business

This role focuses on managing and delivering infrastructure solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices and security standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

Requirements/Qualifications:

4 to 9 years of experience in infrastructure management.
Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies and concepts.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with ITIL framework is a plus.
