Java Development Lead

This role is for a skilled and experienced Java Development Lead to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Java-based applications.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 12 years of experience in Java development.
Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other relevant frameworks.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
