Trainer - Quality Support Program

This role involves delivering training and support to enhance the quality of a specific program within the Bharti Airtel Foundation. The trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing guidance to ensure program effectiveness and participant success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the program's objectives.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and customize content accordingly.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions, utilizing various instructional techniques.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to program participants.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in training and development, ideally within a similar program or industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training materials.
Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
Proven ability to assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness.
Experience working with diverse audiences.
