Senior Human Resource Recruiter Executive

This role involves identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the evolving needs of our client organizations. The Senior Human Resource Recruiter Executive will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and qualifications.
Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

3 to 6 years of experience in human resource recruitment.
Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
