Senior Rewards Specialist

This role is focused on designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. The Senior Rewards Specialist will play a key role in ensuring our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys to ensure market competitiveness.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on compensation and benefits matters.
Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with HRIS systems.
