Plant Head

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a significant manufacturing operation, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, from production and maintenance to safety and compliance, driving efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Manage and motivate a team of plant personnel.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in plant management, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
