Functional Consultant

This role involves providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and optimization of human capital management (HCM) solutions. The Functional Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure the system to meet those needs, and ensure successful adoption of the HCM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document client requirements.
Configure and customize the HCM system based on client needs.
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Participate in project planning and execution.

Experience in HCM implementation and support.
