Area Sales Manager

This role is responsible for managing and expanding sales operations within a designated geographic area. The Area Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key clients to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area sales targets.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
