BPO Executive

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels. The BPO Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience while utilizing Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Documenting customer interactions and resolutions.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Customer service experience preferred.
