Sr. Associate - LMS Enterprise Apps - SAP Advisory

This role involves providing advisory services related to Learning Management Systems (LMS) and enterprise applications, specifically within the SAP ecosystem. The position requires a strong understanding of SAP solutions and their integration with LMS platforms, along with the ability to analyze business needs and recommend effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance on LMS and enterprise application implementations.
Analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions.
Configure and customize LMS platforms to meet specific business needs.
Develop and execute testing plans to ensure solution quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 to 7 years of experience in IT consulting or a similar role.
Strong understanding of SAP solutions and their integration with LMS platforms.
Experience with various LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
