Senior Manager - Legal - Project Finance

This role involves providing comprehensive legal support for project finance transactions, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. The Senior Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, advising on regulatory matters, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing project finance agreements, security documents, and other related legal documentation.
Conducting legal due diligence and risk assessments for potential projects.
Advising on regulatory compliance and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Negotiating with lenders, investors, and other stakeholders.
Managing legal disputes and resolving conflicts.
Providing legal guidance to internal teams on project-related matters.
Staying abreast of legal developments and industry trends.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized institution.
6 to 10 years of experience in legal roles, with a focus on project finance.
Strong understanding of project finance principles and legal frameworks.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
