Java Technical Lead

This role is for a skilled and experienced Java Technical Lead to guide and mentor a team in the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Java developers in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Design and implement efficient and scalable Java-based applications.
Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Mentor and coach junior developers.
Participate in architectural design and decision-making.

Requirements/Qualifications:

6 to 9 years of experience in Java development.
Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other relevant libraries.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
