Chief Security Officer

This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust security posture across the organization. The Chief Security Officer will lead the development and implementation of security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect sensitive data and systems from internal and external threats. This position requires a strong leader with a proven track record of building and managing effective security teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and roadmaps.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security systems and controls.
Manage and mentor a team of security professionals.
Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
Respond to and investigate security incidents.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in information security, with a focus on leadership and management.
Deep understanding of security principles, technologies, and best practices.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective security strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with risk management frameworks.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
