Tele Caller

This role involves engaging with customers over the phone to provide information, resolve queries, and potentially promote products or services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries.
Providing accurate information about products and services.
Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Potentially making outbound calls for sales or marketing purposes.

Requirements/Qualifications

12th pass or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy.
Experience in a BPO or telecalling role is a plus.
