font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="wk4d9p" data-start="3936" data-end="4147">2–3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, equipment maintenance, or a related technical field, preferably within advanced manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or high-volume production environments.</li> **<li style="font-family:** arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="1eb0vti" data-start="4148" data-end="4312">Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capability, including experience with PLCs, motors, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine control systems.</li> **<li style="font-family:** arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-section-id="ndn4zv" data-start="4313" data-end="4439">Experience supporting, maintaining, or repairing CNC machines, automation systems, or other complex manufacturing equipment.</li> **<li style="font-family:** arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
