Site Reliability Engineering Lead

This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of critical systems and infrastructure. The Site Reliability Engineering Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust monitoring, alerting, and automation solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement site reliability engineering best practices.
Design and build automated systems for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Respond to incidents and outages, troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment and efficient workflows.
Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
Participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in a site reliability engineering or related role.
Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
