CNC Supervisor Programmer

This role involves overseeing and coordinating the operations of CNC machines and programming activities within a manufacturing environment. The CNC Supervisor Programmer will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of skilled operators.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of CNC machine operators.
Develop and implement CNC programs for various manufacturing processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve CNC machine issues.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Train and mentor CNC machine operators.
Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC programmer and supervisor.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with various CNC machine types.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
