Business Analyst

This role focuses on analyzing business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements.
Analyze existing systems and processes.
Design and model business processes.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Conduct user acceptance testing.
Provide training and support to end-users.

Requirements/Qualifications

8 to 13 years of experience in business analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps).
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
