Site Engineer

This role involves overseeing and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Site Engineer will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating on-site construction activities.
Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays.
Resolving technical issues and coordinating with contractors.
Preparing and submitting regular progress reports.
Supervising and guiding construction teams.
Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3 to 8 years of experience in site engineering.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
