Building Management System Operator

This role involves the operation and maintenance of building management systems, ensuring optimal performance and a comfortable environment for occupants. The Building Management System Operator will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and responding to system alarms, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent issues and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security.
Respond to system alarms and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate records of system performance and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in operating and maintaining building management systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
