Direct Sourcing Manager

This role is focused on leading and executing direct sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for critical positions within the organization. The Direct Sourcing Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, leveraging various sourcing channels, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement direct sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates.
Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events.
Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and talent communities.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide sourcing support.
Manage the full-cycle direct sourcing process, from candidate identification to interview scheduling.
Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize performance and improve efficiency.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

Requirements/Qualifications

10 to 15 years of experience in direct sourcing or talent acquisition.
Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
