Technical Specialist - MS Systems

This role focuses on providing technical expertise and support for Microsoft-based systems and applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of these systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft systems.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft technologies.
Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Developing and maintaining documentation for Microsoft systems.
Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Implementing security best practices for Microsoft environments.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
Proficiency in Active Directory administration.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies (e.g., Azure).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
