Chief Accountant

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead the accounting function for a dynamic organization. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting principles.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate financial risks.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
