NLE Producer

This role involves producing engaging and high-quality video content for digital platforms. The NLE Producer will be responsible for the entire video production lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and audience expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop video content ideas.
Manage video production workflows, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
Edit video footage using Non-Linear Editing (NLE) software.
Ensure video quality and adherence to technical specifications.
Collaborate with other team members, including writers, graphic designers, and social media managers.
Manage and organize media assets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a video editor or NLE producer.
Proficiency in NLE software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong understanding of video editing techniques and principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Creative and detail-oriented.
Experience with color correction and audio mixing is a plus.
