OTM Application Engineer

This role focuses on the design, development, implementation, and support of our Order-to-Money (OTM) application. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of OTM processes and be adept at configuring and customizing the application to meet evolving business needs. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize the OTM application to align with business requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations between the OTM application and other systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the OTM application.
Participate in the design and implementation of new OTM features.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure user satisfaction.
Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 12 years of experience in application development and support.
Strong understanding of Order-to-Money (OTM) processes.
Experience with configuring and customizing OTM applications.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
