Electro Mechanical Lead Engineer

This role involves leading and managing electro-mechanical engineering projects, ensuring successful execution from concept to completion. The Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing design, development, testing, and implementation of electro-mechanical systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electro-mechanical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Oversee the design, development, and testing of electro-mechanical systems and components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 8 years of experience in electro-mechanical engineering.
Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and components.
Experience with design software and simulation tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
