Architect

This role involves designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring they are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. The Architect will be responsible for collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs and plans, considering client needs, budget, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Collaborate with engineers and other specialists to ensure design feasibility and integration.
Oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to design plans and quality standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
