Warehouse In-Charge

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe storage and distribution of goods. The Warehouse In-Charge will manage a team, optimize processes, and maintain accurate inventory records to support the company's supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and organization.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with inventory control and stock management.
