Content Moderator

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and safety of online content. The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating user-generated content, adhering to established guidelines and policies to maintain a positive and secure online environment.

Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate user-generated content (text, images, videos) according to established guidelines.
Identify and flag inappropriate or policy-violating content.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content review.
Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to senior moderators.

Requirements/Qualifications

1 to 4 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Comfortable working with online platforms and tools.
