Technical Support Executive

This role is focused on providing exceptional technical assistance and support to users, ensuring a positive and efficient experience with our products and services. The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and escalating complex cases as needed, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users via various channels (phone, email, chat).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
Document support interactions and resolutions accurately.
Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or engineering teams.
Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements/Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in a technical support role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using support ticketing systems.
Familiarity with common operating systems and software applications.
