Assistant Manager - Talent Excellence

This role focuses on supporting talent acquisition and development initiatives within a dynamic organization. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive candidate experience, streamlining recruitment processes, and contributing to the overall talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition programs and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Support employee development programs and initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
