Windows Administrator

This role is focused on ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our organization's Windows-based infrastructure. The Windows Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining servers, networks, and related systems, providing a reliable and secure environment for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining Windows servers and related infrastructure.
Implementing and maintaining security protocols and best practices.
Troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly.
Performing regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Managing user accounts and access permissions.
Automating routine tasks to improve efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Windows Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
