Agile Architect

This role focuses on designing and implementing agile software development processes and architectures. The Agile Architect will be responsible for guiding teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and promoting best practices to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of agile methodologies and frameworks.
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on agile principles and practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlogs.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and remove impediments to agile development.
Promote continuous improvement of agile processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in agile software development.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Experience with architectural design and software development patterns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead and influence teams.
Experience with various development tools and technologies.
