Talent Management Specialist

This role focuses on supporting the organization's talent acquisition and development initiatives. The Talent Management Specialist will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent, ensuring the company has the skilled workforce needed to achieve its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Support employee development programs and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent management or recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experience with various sourcing techniques, including online job boards and social media.
