Warehouse Team Leader

This role involves leading and coordinating warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of orders. The Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse personnel, optimizing workflows, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency.
