Senior Discipline Engineer

This role involves providing engineering support and expertise within a specific discipline, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of innovative automotive solutions. The Senior Discipline Engineer will be responsible for ensuring projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
Design and develop engineering solutions for automotive systems.
Conduct analysis and testing to ensure product performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Significant experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
