Launch Planning Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of product launches, ensuring successful market entry and maximizing impact. The Launch Planning Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive launch plans, driving alignment and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform launch strategies.
Manage launch budgets and track performance against key metrics.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with product launches.
Coordinate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance.
Develop and deliver launch communications and training materials.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in product launch management.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
