Road Ecosystem Partner

This role focuses on building and nurturing a network of partners to expand the reach and impact of Roadvision AI's innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and relationship-oriented individual with a proven ability to identify, engage, and manage partnerships that drive mutual growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential partners within the road infrastructure and transportation ecosystem.
Develop and negotiate partnership agreements that align with business objectives.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, marketing) to ensure partner success.
Track and report on partner performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications

5 to 10 years of experience in partnership development or business development.
Strong understanding of the road infrastructure or transportation industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with CRM software and partner management platforms.
