Repro Head Prepress

This role involves overseeing and managing the prepress production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines. The Repro Head will be responsible for leading a team, optimizing workflows, and maintaining equipment to deliver exceptional results for a variety of client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the prepress team, providing guidance and training.
Oversee the entire prepress workflow, from file receipt to final output.
Ensure accurate color management and quality control throughout the process.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to maintain production efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain and calibrate prepress equipment.
Implement and enforce best practices for prepress operations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (14-24 years) in prepress production.
Strong knowledge of prepress software and hardware.
Excellent color management skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
