Salesforce Architect Manager

This role is focused on leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs. The Salesforce Architect Manager will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of the Salesforce platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain Salesforce development standards and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Oversee the implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Salesforce development and architecture.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
