Junior Manager - Project Controls

This role supports the successful execution of projects by providing comprehensive project controls services. The Junior Manager will work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets.
Monitor project performance against established baselines and identify potential variances.
Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Support the implementation of project controls processes and procedures.
Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Assist with change management processes.
Maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in project controls or a related role.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
