Mainframe Production Support

This role focuses on providing robust and reliable support for mainframe production environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the stability of critical applications. This position requires a strong understanding of mainframe technologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor mainframe systems and applications for performance and availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures.
