Associate Manager - Annuity Payout

This role involves managing and overseeing annuity payout processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of payments. The Associate Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, resolving issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the annuity payout process from initiation to completion.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of annuity payments.
Monitor and reconcile payout records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline operations.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to annuity payouts.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Prepare reports and documentation related to annuity payout activities.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2 to 6 years of experience in financial services, preferably in annuity administration or payout processing.
Strong understanding of annuity products and related regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
