Candidate Sourcer (Contract)

This role focuses on identifying and engaging qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of Protiviti India. The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. This is a contract position for six months.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and applications to match candidate profiles with job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills and experience.
Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
