Quality Analyst - Surgery Coding

This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and quality of surgical coding processes. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for reviewing coding practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance overall coding efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate surgical coding documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Identify coding errors and inconsistencies, and provide feedback to coding staff.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance coding accuracy and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on coding guidelines and regulations.
